Commodity Price Outlook 2019
Commodity Price Outlook 2019 is a Benchmark Price (HAA) for 2019. The Commercial Director of PT KPBN said that “For this year's benchmark price determination, there is a format change, in which price determination has been set by Holding Perkebunan based on predictions and input from KPBN”.
“Next year, it is predicted that commodity prices will continue to fluctuate, compounded by the fact that 2019 is a political year, which can support or suppress commodity prices” said Iman Bimantara.
The speaker at the first session was a Bank Mandiri Senior Economist, Andy Asmoro with material about World Macro-Economics in 2019. Furthermore, there was a material presentation from Guswanto as Head of BMKG Climate Information Service Center with material entitled 2019 Weather Movement Forecast. The last material presentation was by Reuters Technical Analyst, Wang Tao about Technical Analysis of the 2019 Commodity. Participants were able to ask questions directly to the speakers.
The second session discussed the 2019 Commodity Benchmark Price (HAA), The commodities presented were Palm Oil, Rubber, Sugar, Molasses, Coffee, Cocoa, and Tea.
