General Meeting of Shareholders of PT KPBN Fiscal Year 2020

The 2020 GMS was held virtually via a Zoom meeting led by Tjahyo Adi Head of Accounting & Taxation representing the Company’s Shareholder’s Proxy and attended by Shareholders of PTPN III (Persero) & PTPN XII, the Board of Commissioners, Acting Director, and SEVP of PT KPBN.

In the corporate announcement, the 2020 GMS of PT KPBN discussed six agendas. Overall, in terms of financial statements, the shareholders were able to accept PT KPBN’s 2020 financial year report. Furthermore, there were several directives from the PT KPBN shareholders, including expectations that going forward, the company will be able to optimize Supply Chain Management (SCM), become a national center for setting the price of palm oil, and its business model and corporate governance can be improved.
