BAPPEBTI & PT KBI Review PT KPBN Tea Auction as Part of Commodity Auction Market Preparation

The event was attended by stakeholders such as Arif Budiman as Acting Director of PT KPBN, Saidu Solihin as Business Development Director of PT KBI, Dr. Ir. Kasan, MM as Head of Bappebti, and Heryono Hadi Prasetyo, SE, MM as Head of SRG & PLK Fostering and Development Bureau. Also present were buyers of the PT KPBN Tea Auction which was the main focus of the event.
In his speech, Arif Budiman welcomed the participants and explained the purpose of the KPBN PLK which is an effort to improve transparency and efficiency in commodity trading in Indonesia. He emphasized the importance of cooperation between PT KPBN, BAPPEBTI, and PT KBI in ensuring smooth commodity auction process in the market.
In addition, Saidu Solihin highlighted the role of PT KPBN in providing an adequate platform for commodity auction activities, which is an important instrument in the commodity futures trading system. He emphasized PT KPBN's commitment to continuously improving services and infrastructure to support the growth of the commodity market in Indonesia.
Meanwhile, Dr. Ir. Kasan, MM from Bappebti expressed his appreciation for the steps taken by PT KPBN to prepare for this commodity auction market. He also emphasized Bappebti's commitment in ensuring that all commodity futures trading activities in Indonesia comply with applicable regulations.
The event was an important step towards the implementation of PT KPBN PLK which is expected to make a positive contribution to the development of the commodity market in Indonesia. It is hoped that through strong cooperation between PT KPBN, BAPPEBTI, and PT KBI, this commodity auction market can become one of the main pillars strengthening the national commodity futures trading ecosystem.
