Oil Palm Marathon 2022: Introducing Palm Oil Through Healthy Walk

The 2022 Oil Palm Marathon launching activity was attended by the Marketing Director of the Plantation Holding Dwi Sutoro, Director of Finance and Risk Management M. Iswahyudi, President Director of the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS) Eddy Abdurrachman, Chairman of GAPKI Joko Supriyono, Chairman of North Sumatra GAPKI Alexander Maha, Advisor to GAPKI Joefly Bachroeny, Secretary of Serdang Bedagai Regency, Chairman of the OLPAMAR 2022 Committee, Kacuk Sumarto, Director of the Treasury and Cash Management Bureau of the Ministry of Finance Rahmanto Amin Jatmiko and participants from several agencies attending the event.A fun walk activity became the opening event of the 2022 Oil Palm Marathon which will be held on 19 November 2022 at the PT Perkebunan Nusantara IV area, Pabatu Plantation, Sergai Regency, North Sumatra Province.Using the tagline `Run for Sustainable Palm`, the 2022 Oil Palm Marathon aims to introduce to the public that palm oil is a sustainable commodity that pays attention to biodiversity and has social and economic functions.Eddy, as President Director of the Palm Oil Plantation Fund Management Agency (BPDPKS), explained that the Oil Palm Marathon is a collaboration between BPDPKS, North Sumatra GAPKI, and Perkebunan Nusantara. He hopes that the event will bring positive information about palm oil to the public.
