AP II Celebrates National Customer Day by Improving Services



`Since the terminal has started operating on August 9th, we have received a lot of input from users and stakeholders,` Corporate Secretary and Legal Head of Angkasa Pura II Agus Haryadi said in an official statement on Monday (5/9/2016).
`We have been making efforts to provide comfortable services for users, but we will continue to improve them,` Agus added.
Agus said that the company is currently developing supporting facilities around Terminal 3 such as a shelter for public buses Damri.
According to Agus, the issue of water puddles occurring in Terminal 3 when it first began to operate did not significantly affect the comfort of passengers.
`Whenever the flooding happened, we immediately resolved it and now, thank God, there have been no more puddles. That is why it is important for us to evaluate the deficiencies that exist,` Agus said carefully.
