PT KPBN Holds Head of Division Position Handover Ceremony

Jakarta - PT KPBN held a handover ceremony for the Head of the Internal Audit Unit (SPI) on Wednesday, January 15, 2025, which was held solemnly at the PT KPBN Jakarta Office.

The event began with the reading of the Decree (SK) of the Director of PT KPBN. The Decree officially confirmed Mr. Bhagas Prabowo Indrianto as the new Head of SPI, replacing the previous official, who is expected to bring about changes and improvements in the company's internal audit sector.

After the Decree was read, it was followed by a symbolic handover of the SK document by the Director of PT KPBN, M. Iswan Achir, to Mr. Bhagas. This handover of the SK marks the commencement of Bhagas's new duties and responsibilities in leading the SPI of PT KPBN.

As part of the handover process, the event continued with the signing of the Integrity Pact. The signing was followed by the reading of the Integrity Pact in front of all participants at the event, affirming their commitment to maintaining integrity in all of the company's internal audit activities.

The Director of PT KPBN, M. Iswan Achir, provided instructions to the new Head of SPI and all participants in attendance, emphasizing the importance of the internal audit function in maintaining compliance with regulations and improving the company's performance through a better control system. He also stressed the need to maintain good communication between departments to ensure that every company policy can be implemented effectively.

With this appointment, Mr. Bhagas Prabowo Indrianto is expected to make a significant contribution in carrying out a more effective audit function at PT KPBN.
