A Month Has Been Planted, PT. KPBN's Trees Grow Thicker

From the 10 planted trees, there are two types of rare species. Bodhi Tree (Ficus Religiosa) was planted by the General Manager, whereas the Dammar pine (Agathis Dammara) was planted by the Operational Director, the Financial Director, the HR and General Director, and several Managers. All planted trees are seen to be well maintained and growing greener.
`There is only one Bodhi Tree in Ragunan that is cultivated in Primate Center Schmutzer (PPS). With the donation from PT KPBN, the Bodhi tree collection is now up to 2,` said H. Maskana, Head of the Ragunan Wildlife Park Landscaping Section.
`Even for the Dammar pine species, there is no collection at all, whereas the Bodhi tree has only 1 collection in PPS,` he added.
On Sunday, November 20th, 2016, PT. KPBN carried out a donation of 70 trees and planted 10 trees in the Ragunan Wildlife Park, Jakarta, as part of a series of activities to celebrate the company's 7th anniversary with the theme “Environmental Care for a Better Tomorrow`.
This activity embodies the implementation of one of the five company values: Empathy.
`We are very grateful to TMR for accepting us in this environmental care action,` said Iriana Ekasari, CEO of PT KPBN. `Hopefully this will be useful for preserving TMR's flora,` she added.
