In his speech, Erick Thohir, the Minister of BUMN, spoke about the acceleration of women's gender leadership in BUMNs. He said that there had been a significant increase in the number of women in leadership positions in BUMNs, reaching 22 percent.

"Leadership has reached 12% of the 10% target. Therefore, I want to create a new policy. The goal is to achieve a young leadership target of 10%, which is currently only at holding level. I want a roadmap in the future that can reach the younger generations of BUMNs for success," he explained.

Erick Thohir's statement shows his commitment to creating an inclusive and equitable work environment, where women have the same opportunities to develop and play an important role in corporate leadership.

The BUMN Next Gen 2024 event is expected to be a momentum for employees working in BUMNs to continue contributing to driving the national economic development and becoming agents of change that bring a positive impact to the community and the nation.
