Building Synergy: PT KPBN Hosts AKHLAK Booster with the Slogan `One Team, One Culture, One Goal`

Jakarta - In order to support the implementation of the AKHLAK Corporate Culture within PT KPBN, the company organized an AKHLAK Booster event with the theme "Enhancing Collaboration Through Culture: One Team, One Culture, One Goal" on Friday, December 13, 2024. This program aims to strengthen the values of AKHLAK, which include Integrity, Competency, Harmony, Loyalty, Adaptability, and Collaboration as the basis of the company's work culture. Through this event, it is hoped that closer collaboration between teams and effective synergy can be created to achieve common goals.

This activity featured Benny Wijaya as a resource person, who currently serves as Chairman of the Central Young BUMN. He shared insights and practical guidance on the importance of applying the AKHLAK values in building a solid team, a harmonious work culture, and achieving the company's vision collectively.

All employees actively participated in this event, either in person at the designated location or online.
