INACOM (PT KPBN) Has Completed the RUPS Financial Report of 2018

The Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PT. Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) has held an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (RUPS) for Financial Report of 2018. The meeting was held at The Grove Suites, Rasuna Epicentrum Region, South Jakarta on Thursday, 27 June 2019. The RUPS was led by a representative of shareholders from Holding Perkebunan Nusantara PTPN III (Persero), Seger Budiarjo, and a representative of the second shareholder, M. Cholidi from PTPN XII. In addition, the RUPS was attended by the Board of Commissioners, namely I Kadek K. Laksana and Berlino Mahendra Santosa, and the Directors of PT KPBN, Edward S. Ginting, Rahmat Akmal, and Heryanto Eko Purnomo.
