EIDO: Release of Economic Package XI, Strengthening of Index Surpasses Dow Jones

EIDO index skyrocketed 1.32% to 23.00 at the closing of Tuesday’s trading (29/3/2016).

EIDO index was stronger than the market indexes in the US. Dow Jones Industrial Average in the US market increased by 0.56% or by 97.72 points to 17.633,11. Whereas, S&P500 index in the US market strengthened by 0.88% or by 17.96 points to 2.055,01.

The US market was boosted by Yellen’s speech on Tuesday night, while the Indonesian government launched the Economic Policy Package XI on Tuesday afternoon.
