Working Meeting of PTPN Group Communication Responsibilities in 2025

BOGOR – The holding company of PTPN III (Persero) plantation held a Communication Workshop attended by corporate secretaries and communication practitioners from all subsidiaries on January 22, 2025. The event, which took place in Bogor, was a key moment as it was the first since the implementation of corporate transformation integration in 2023.

In the transformation, the Holding Company of PTPN III formed three new sub-holdings, namely PTPN I as SupportingCo, PTPN IV as PalmCo, and PT Sinergi Gula Nusantara as SugarCo. The establishment of the three sub-holdings aims to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the national plantation business in order to achieve global competitiveness.

The workshop was a strategic event to strengthen the communication synergy within PTPN. Through intensive discussions and coordination, participants discussed various communication strategies which aligned with the vision and mission of the company. With more solid and focused communication, PTPN is expected to improve the corporate image and support the implementation of corporate policies more effectively.

Moreover, the meeting also provided momentum for communication practitioners to share experiences and innovations in building positive narratives about PTPN through various media channels. Strengthening communication in the digital era was one of the main agendas discussed to strengthen engagement with stakeholders.

With this Communication Workshop, it is expected that all communication elements within PTPN Group can play a more active role in supporting the company's transformation and bringing PTPN Group to a higher level in the national and international plantation industry.
