Supporting Cianjur Earthquake Victims, KPBN Distributes CSR Funds and Basic Necessities



In order to ease the victims’ burden, KPBN has moved quickly to give aid to the Cianjur earthquake victims, which was given directly by Head of the Secretariat and Corcom Erwin Garnadi to the Emergency Post of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII, Kebun Gedeh/Tanawattee, Jl. Sukamulya, Sukamulya, Cugenang, Cianjur Regency, West Java 43252 on Friday (11/25/2022).Erwin said that the aid from KPBN included tents, sleeping equipment, 100 sarongs, vitamins, medication, rice, instant noodles, baby diapers, mineral water, sardines, corned beef, sausages, shredded jerked meat, and women’s and children’s underwear.“As the KPBN family, we extend our deepest condolences over the natural disaster of the earthquake, and may this CSR program be one way we create harmony and well-being for the community. We hope the aid that was given can help ease the burden of our brothers and sisters and can give them moral and spiritual encouragement to recover and bounce back after the magnitude 5.6 earthquake that shook the region on Monday (11/21),” Erwin added.“Thank you for the aid that KPBN has given. We will distribute it as quickly as possible to the earthquake victims. We hope that the company will receive blessings and that the aid that was distributed will be beneficial to many people,” said Ricky Rahman, Assistant Manager of Kebun Gedeh.“I hope that the aid that has been distributed is beneficial to the earthquake victims in the vicinity of PT Perkebunan Nusantara VIII, Kebun Gedeh/Tanawattee. The CSR aid that was given is a form of concern from the company. We hope that it can be maximized and can alleviate the needs of the victims’ families,” said Rahmanto Amin Jatmiko, Director of KPBN, in a separate location.
