PT KMK Ratifies Change of Management

Effective February 21, 2019, M. I. Sobandi A. takes the lead as Director of PT. KMK with Edward S. Ginting as Commissioner. This change follows the resignation of Ery Erwin Efendi from his position as Commissioner, leaving Edward S. Ginting as the sole Commissioner, a position he previously held as Commissioner Utama.

PT. KMK is an affiliate of PT. KPBN focusing on the trade of commodities and was established on July 30, 2018. Majority shares of KMK are controlled by PT. KPBN LOGISTIK, a subsidiary of PT. KPBN that provides logistics services.
