The event was attended by the board members of each company, the President Director of the Plantation Holding, Dolly P. Pulungan President Director of DAPENBUN, Edwin Sinaga, Inacom Board of Directors namely Rahmat Akmal, Heriyanto, and all board members, SEVP, General Manager, and Manager from Jastan, the Plantation Holding, DAPENBUN, and INACOM.

The event was filled with the reading of the Holy Qur'an & Sari Tilawah, Siraman Rohani from Ustad Yuke Sumeru, Welcoming Speeches from the President Director of PTPN III Holding, Dolly P. Pulungan, President Director of PTPN X, Ir. Dwi Satriyo Annurogo, MT, and then ended with entertainment from the bands (T Band, Dapenbun Band, and Anjas Band) while enjoying the lunch that had been provided.
