HCML is one of the tools to assess management maturity, in terms of Human Capital and Human Resources management in an organization related to the effectiveness of the work plan in the overall business process in Human Resources in supporting corporate goals.
The purpose of conducting Human Capital Maturity Level Assessment is to obtain the results of mapping the effectiveness of the implementation of the existing Human Capital management system as the output of Human Capital Assessment activities, obtain the results of the Human Capital Assessment analysis, and prepare a detailed work plan for implementation in the HR Strategy & Roadmap.
The assessment indicators used in the HCML are key indicators, including Strategic, Primary, and Foundation.
