The Leadership Transition: SEVP of Operations at PT KPBN Officially Changes. 
  Jakarta – Referring to the Decree of the Board of Directors of PT Perkebunan Nusantara III (Persero) dated March 12, 2025, concerning the Termination and Placement of Senior Executive Vice Presidents (SEVP) at PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN), on Monday, March 24, 2025, a Handover Ceremony (Sertijab) for the SEVP Operation of PT KPBN was held. The event took place in the Auditorium on the 4th Floor, Head Office of PT KPBN, Jl. Cut Mutia No. 11, Central Jakarta.
  The event was attended by the Board of Management, Heads of Departments, General Managers, Managers, as well as employees of PT KPBN. In addition to attending in person at the head office, some participants also joined the event via the Zoom platform, connecting all unit and branch offices of PT KPBN.
  The signing and handover of the Handover Report for the SEVP Operation of PT KPBN was carried out by Mr. Arif Budiman to Mr. Muhammad Zulham Rambe as the new SEVP Operation of PT KPBN.
  In his remarks, Mr. Arif Budiman expressed his gratitude to the entire operational team for the cooperation that had been established during his tenure. He also hoped that PT KPBN would continue to grow and achieve greater success in the future.
  Meanwhile, in his inaugural address, Mr. Muhammad Zulham Rambe conveyed his commitment to continuing the ongoing work programs and promoting innovation to improve the operational performance of PT KPBN. He also invited the entire team to work together to achieve the company's targets and objectives.
  The event proceeded smoothly and concluded with the presentation of souvenirs and mementos to Mr. Arif Budiman as a form of appreciation for his dedication and contribution so far. The activity then continued with a group photo session and informal gathering among all invited guests.

PT KPBN Shares 30 Days of Takjil & 500 Sarongs Through the Cut Meutia Mosque Foundation. Jakarta – PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN) once again demonstrates its commitment to giving back to the community through its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) program. PT KPBN distributed aid in the form of takjil (fast-breaking snacks) for 30 days during the month of Ramadan 1446 H and 500 pieces of sarong fabric to the Cut Meutia Mosque Foundation, Jakarta on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.This activity was carried out during the holy month of Ramadan with the hope of helping and benefiting the people who worship at the mosque. The assistance was symbolically handed over by a representative of PT KPBN, M. Ryant Jayadiningrat, to the management of the Cut Meutia Mosque Foundation.`We hope this assistance can provide comfort for the worshipers, as well as be a form of PT KPBN's concern for the surrounding environment,` said M. Ryant, Head of the Corporate Secretariat Division of PT KPBN.In addition to the distribution of sarong fabric, PT KPBN also channeled takjil donations in the form of dates, which will be distributed to worshipers for breaking their fast during Ramadan. This program is part of PT KPBN's efforts to support religious activities and improve the social welfare of the community.The management of the Cut Meutia Mosque Foundation, Djuliana Dwi Handayani, welcomed this CSR program and expressed appreciation for PT KPBN's contribution in supporting mosque activities during the holy month. `We are very grateful for PT KPBN's concern. This assistance is very beneficial for the worshipers and the surrounding community who come to the mosque,` said the representative of the foundation management.Through this CSR program, PT KPBN continues to be committed to contributing to various social and humanitarian activities as a form of corporate responsibility towards the community.
