Commemorating the 3rd Anniversary, Belawan PT KPBN Unit Holds a Family Gathering Filled with Togetherness. Belawan – In order to celebrate its 3rd anniversary, PT KPBN Belawan Unit held a lively Family Gathering event at Pantai Cermin on Saturday, December 14, 2024. The event was attended by all employees and their families of PT KPBN Belawan Unit, which helped to enliven the atmosphere that was filled with warmth and togetherness.With the theme “Harmony and Togetherness for Better KPNB”, this event was intended to strengthen the relationships among the employees and build harmony within the work environment. The atmosphere was even more lively with the distribution of door prizes that were highly anticipated by all participants, adding to the happiness and enthusiasm throughout the event.A special moment in the Family Gathering was the cutting of the tumpeng as a symbol of gratitude for PT KPBN Belawan Unit’s journey over the past three years. The tumpeng was cut by management representatives as a form of appreciation for all employees who had contributed and collaborated in building the company, having now reached its third year after the merger.The event, which was filled with joy, ended with a group photo session, as a symbol of togetherness and a beautiful memento for all participants. Building Synergy: PT KPBN Hosts AKHLAK Booster with the Slogan "One Team, One Culture, One Goal". Jakarta - In order to support the implementation of the AKHLAK Corporate Culture within PT KPBN, the company organized an AKHLAK Booster event with the theme `Enhancing Collaboration Through Culture: One Team, One Culture, One Goal` on Friday, December 13, 2024. This program aims to strengthen the values of AKHLAK, which include Integrity, Competency, Harmony, Loyalty, Adaptability, and Collaboration as the basis of the company's work culture. Through this event, it is hoped that closer collaboration between teams and effective synergy can be created to achieve common goals.This activity featured Benny Wijaya as a resource person, who currently serves as Chairman of the Central Young BUMN. PT KPBN, with the support of the Family of Wives (IKBI), successfully held a Mother’s Day celebration on Friday, December 6, 2024, with the theme “Glowing Hearts, Glowing Mothers”. The event, which was held in a hybrid format, was attended by female employees of PT KPBN both online and offline in the Hall on the 4th floor of PT KPBN.As the keynote speaker, Dr. Rozana Arifin, SpAk, M.Biomed (AAM) delivered an inspiring topic entitled “My Favorite Age is Now”. PT Treasury of the Indonesian State and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia Organized an IHT of CPO Export. On November 18-19, 2024, PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara in collaboration with PT Traineed Indonesia and the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia proudly held an In-House Training (IHT) on Crude Palm Oil (CPO) and its Derivatives Export Management.This two-day training was held in a hybrid format: offline at the Learning Corner for participants in the Jakarta area, and online for participants outside Jakarta.The valuable materials were delivered by experts in their fields:- Mr. Sri Bimo Adhi and Mr. Lutfi Adi Prihastomo from the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Indonesia- Mr. Sutomo, SS., MM., CPPP, CPCM, CLSLP, MPM, a professional trainer and consultant with extensive experience in the export-import sector.This IHT aims to enhance the knowledge of employees related to export transactions, regulations, marketing strategies, negotiation techniques, and supply chain management, while supporting the development of competencies to support the business success of the company.We hope that this training will provide great benefits to all participants. Kick Off SRG and PLK Literacy Month: The Treasury Center Drives Strengthening Commodity Trading Ecosystem. In an effort to support the strengthening of the domestic market and increase the export of commodities, the Commodity Futures Trading Supervisory Agency (Bappeti) will be holding a Kick Off for Warehouse Receipt System (SRG) Literacy Month and Commodity Auction Market (PLK) on Monday, November 11, 2024. A number of speakers from various institutions and companies will be present at the event, including PT Kharisma Pemasaran Bersama Nusantara (PT KPBN), represented by SEVP Operation, Arif Budiman.In his presentation, Arif Budiman highlighted the role of the auction market in creating an efficient and transparent ecosystem for trading commodities. According to him, this trading model is important for ensuring fair prices for all parties involved. `Through the auction market, producers can get prices according to the quality of their products, and buyers get a fair value,` said Arif. He also expressed PT KPBN's full support for Bappeti's initiative to introduce SRG and PLK. `This is an important step towards a stronger and more efficient commodity trading ecosystem,` he added.By holding this event, Bappeti hopes to increase literacy and understanding of business actors regarding the benefits of SRG and PLK in supporting the strengthening of the domestic market and encouraging national commodity exports.
